True Market Value. This is a letter of recommendation for Craig Berke my real-estate agent who was able to sell my house and he also helped in the purchasing of a new home. 
Let me start with the fact that I had listed with another agency prior to Craig and I didn’t get any showings at all.  Craig told me the truth about the market value of my house and it sold very quickly.  
Craig tells you the truth and sometimes we don’t want to hear it ,we think we are the experts and we aren’t.  I sold my house for the true market value and Craig was my go to person on all areas of this house sale.  He always made time for me, never made me feel like I inconvenienced him, always welcomed me and always helped me in all areas of the house sale.  I was able to depend on him for advice such as what do I do next who would you recommend for jobs that needed to be done.  Craig helped me when I was very busy and he helped me to get organized. 
He assisted my family in making them feel heard and what they wanted and needed in a home.  My kids think he is great because he helped their mom and quite honestly surpassed all our expectations.  I would recommend him in a heartbeat he is wonderful and I enjoyed spending time with him wandering through houses. This house sale was very time consuming and exhausting and Craig made it feel less stressful and for that I will always be grateful to him I not only consider him my real estate agent but my friend.

I just wanted to say thanks for helping me make the transition from bungalow to townhouse owner. I had put off making a move thinking it would be too difficult to find what I wanted, something I liked just as much, but with less maintenance to worry about.
When I decided, finally, to sell my bungalow I started looking around to see what was out there and what the costs of selling would be. I found it hard to swallow the cost of 'regular' realtor fees, so when I met you at an open house, found out about 2% Realty's fee structure, and found your manner to be very congenial, I decided to try listing with you. 
And I wasn't disappointed. You had suggestions for staging the house, and spent hours showing my bungalow to prospective buyers until the 'right' offer came in and we sealed the deal.
At the same time you helped me scour the city for my new 'perfect' abode. You were a good listener, hearing my vision of what would make me happy, and patient in helping me look at many, many places, revisiting some several times, and didn't rush me through them, allowing me time to try and envision myself in each one.
When I finally found my 'perfect' place, you were helpful in explaining all the technicalities, and making all the negotiations and paperwork come together, walking me through each step so I didn't have to worry about any of that aspect of selling or buying. Your 'welcome-to-your-new-home' gifts were also very thoughtful! 
I am loving my new place, and neighbourhood, and wished I'd made this decision sooner. I appreciate all the work you put into my sale and purchase, and I've also enjoyed the little commission cheques that came from having made referrals to others, who then listed with you. I don't know of any other realty company which does that. What a great perk - I not only saved money of realty fees, by listing with you, I earned money by just telling people how happy I was with the service. Icing on an already great cake!
